From shipment to consumption this product is fabulous!

The product was so cold it actually arrived frozen. Now granted it in New York it's 20 degrees here. 

But from coming from Colorado to ny it took 2 days and arrived beautifully!

Queso Fiesta Cheddar:

This cheeses was amazing. The smell is a little zesty the taste is incredible. You bite into it and the cheese crumbles in your mouth. This is kinda like pepper jack but with more seasonings and tastes so much better! Now you have to like spicy for this one because it will kick you up to 10 minutes after eating it. That made me like it even more.

 

Champion Mill Cheddar:
This cheeses is creamy and yet crumbles easily.  I have to admit I only got 1 piece of this cheeses. I went to the bathroom after cutting up the whole block came back and my family had gobbled it all up. I said to them, "yall couldn't of saved me 1 piece?" Then my 3 year old kept saying, "what it's tasty!"
 

Rocky Mtn. Rosemary Cheddar:
This is a thicker cheese that has just a hint of Rosemary. The taste is perfectly accompanied with this rich heavy cheese. If you favor lightly seasoned cheeses I'd reccomend this cheese.
