children it is very easy to tell if they have discomfort with a
product. Both my children used this snugged and comfortably. Cadan had this go up to his neck. He kept pulling the top of this down to walk. I would think the The Juppy Momentum Baby Walker is for 14-36 month children. Even with the Velcro this was super big on Cadan and he's in 12 month clothes.
