If you've never been to a Mongolian grill, let me explain how the
restaurant food experience works. There is a large, round grill that the
chefs prepare your food on for you.With the Mongolian grills, just like the pictures from their restaurant below.
How it works:
- You get a bowl
- Go to the the food bar and fill it up with raw foods:
- Raw Meat
- Raw Seafood
- Raw Veggies
- Raw Toppings
- powdered spices for flavor
- add the sauce in a little cup or over the top (oil and flavorings for sauteing your food)
- You give the bowls to the chefs, who will proceed toss the raw food on the grill, and with the special sticks, will stir fry your food in front of you. Some of the chefs even do some interesting tricks with the sticks while cooking. It's so exciting to watch your food being stir fried, with the foods you personally selected.
