About:

 Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is Tropical Traditions highest quality coconut oil.

Dry Fruit Cookies

Ingredients used:

1/3 cup whole flour

1/3 cup Semolina

1/3 cup chickpea flour

Coconut oil around 70-80 grams 

Pinch of baking soda

2/3 cup Sugar

Dry Fruits like Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio

Directions:  Take coconut oil and sugar in a pan and blend until sugar mixes well in coconut oil.Now mix all flours and baking soda in the mixture. Ensure you mix it very well. Make small round shape cookies and put layer of finely chopped dry fruits on these. Now bake these at 375 degrees for around 12-15 minutes.

These cookies were yummy. My kitchen and house were filled with coconut aroma. I love the fact that this brings a whole new cooking aspect to my life and plan on continuing to uses it through the years.

I also use this oil for hair oiling. Overall, I liked this product.
